Colorful Rainbows

I absolutely love rainbows. There is just something about a rainbow that makes me feel happy and peaceful. As a natural wonder that requires just the right conditions to occur, it is something I can never take for granted. Every time we have a sunshower I rush outside to see a colorful rainbow. It doesn't even have to be a true rainbow in the sky to enchant me. Anything that comprises the full spectrum of colors catches my eye. Tie dye shirts, jewelry, and art using all the colors of the rainbows draw me in like a moth to the flame. Is it any wonder I was so enamored of Rainbow Brite when I was a child?

Whenever I'm asked what my favorite color is, I can never choose just one. Choosing just one means I might have a different favorite every day. And with color, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts! Each color may be pleasant on its own, but when you put them all together, they become something really special. So I prefer to say that my favorite color is RAINBOW!
